The SELECT 510 in line consists of 2 independently working modules. Each working module possesses its own X, Y and/or X, Y, Z axle system. The printed circuit boards/framework are transported over chain transport to the individual modules. The independent axle systems position the Präzisions Micro drop Fluxer as well as the soldering module after program.

The temperature control of the printed circuit boards takes place via pyrometer technology. In the preheating module the printed circuit boards are heated by infrared quartz emitter on soldering temperature and guarantee-quiet thereby the optimal heating up of the printed circuit boards. For the reduction of the oxide formation the soldering module is completely covered and with nitrogen flooded. Maintenance costs reduce thereby a minimum.

Soldering nozzles are available in all variants, dimensions and requirements.
With our off-line programming, „the photo editor” we can provide in minutes a finished soldering program from your San of LP or the pdf from their CAD data.
