GOCNC Hobby A4 and A3 series.
The "HobbyA4" and "Hobby A3" milling machines are completely produced in Germany. All components are manufactured by the manufacturing industry in our area with the greatest precision, which guarantees the highest possible product quality, fast response, good availability and therefore full customer satisfaction. Final assembly of the individual components are at our workshop spaces.
Construction
The construction parts are made of 8 mm thick aluminum, which ensures maximum stability at low cost and low weight for the small size of the machine. As a guiding shaft of the machine hardened precision stainless steel shafts are used. This precision shafts provide in connection with bearings made of brass for maximum accuracy and long, maintenance free life. The trapezoidal screws with 3 mm thread pitch per revolution bring out the overall design maximum force and guarantee a smooth-running operations. The control electronics has been developed especially for these machines This has connections for limit switch, a relay for spindle ON / OFF control and a slot for an extension (4). The electronics are supplied with a supplied external 230V power supply.
Driving
The machine is controlled with a PC via a parallel port (printer port), and any software that works in clock / direction standard. The machine is controlled as easily via a USB interface using USB hardware and software solutions. A variety of CNC control software for this machine are available in our store in "CNC Software".
Suitable materials for the processing
The hobby series is for working plastics, wood, Plexiglas, carbon, DIBOND®, electronic boards, engravings and ideal for fine works in non-ferrous metals. The machines are basically used for the treatment of plate material. The machined plates to be best glued over the entire surface on the table directly using double sided tape. Thus, the panel does not cancel in the middle and the milled parts are not damaged by the machine, but remain on the table stick. Small Vices or other application-specific fixtures can be easily mounted with screws directly to the desktop at any point.
Different models
Three different machine models are available in two different Größenerhältlich.
Model "Basic" and has no special equipment is suitable for simple CNC Milling already in the basic equipment for beginners. Can also be easily upgraded later with accessories.
Model "Advanced" has been generally to all "Basic", but is additionally equipped by electronics and mechanics for so-called homing.
Model "evolution" has all the features of the "Advanced" series, but has yet additionally a steel frame. The steel frame reinforces the construction considerably and in addition completes the "look" of the machine.
The designations A4 and A3 define the size of the canvas on all models.
