The Flux-Pen is a clever tool to dispense a controlled amount of flux for rework and touch-up soldering.

From wave soldering and rework to BGA/CSP ball attach and flip-chip attach, Heraeus offers special liquid and paste or gel fluxes for different application techniques: spraying, foaming, dipping, pin transfer, dispensing etc.

These fluxes leave minimal, non tacky flux residues. In wave soldering, this allows for the lowest level of false rejects during pin testing. Residues of fluxes for flip-chip attach have outstanding compatibility with underfill materials.
