Antioxidant in granules STANNOL (Code: )

Granules antioxidant STANNOL used to reduce slag formation in the solder bath. Granules are Sn60Pb40 alloy with special additives that reduce oxidation and are used in high-temperature processes (eg soldering and tinning).

Application:
- Solder dipping:
Put granules antioxidant solder bath at the rate of 3-4 pieces per 1 kg of the solder bath. Flow rates may vary depending on the temperature of the bath. The effect should immediately: this procedure must be repeated when the color change of the solder bath. After removing the slag surface of the molten solder becomes shiny.

- For soldering proheavy:
Put granules antioxidant solder bath at the rate of 6 pieces per 10 kg solder bath. The remaining steps are similar to the above. This addition increases the level of phosphorus to 15ppm.

- For wave soldering:
For effect, you must add at least 6 pellets for every 10 kg of solder in the bath. However, the maximum amount should not exceed 16 units per 10 kg solder. The additive reduces the formation of dross in the bath. The surface tension of the solder mirror increases. In case of overdose occur excessive leakage of solder in the solder locations, resulting in the formation of closely spaced solder jumpers.
