Table device to the reaping of Styroporplatten

The following possibilities:
Vertical cuts up to a cut height of 500 mm and a cutting width of 1300 mm. The table device to the reaping of hard foam blocks and ha records is used in the building trade and for packaging purposes. The table rack exists of an aluminium profile frame with a table top from aluminium metal. About a set button the working temperature can be put infinitely variable. About a transformer electrically directly heated glow wire becomes in approx. 10-15 seconds on approx. 600 ° C heated. The heating transformer is under the working record.

Function:
1.) The guts hanger is pulled upwards and automatically bolts.
2.) The operator puts on the sharp material on the table and positions it in the desired position.
3.) The operator unlocks the guts hanger by drawing of the release bolt.
4.) The hanger goes about a Viskosebremse braked at the right speed down.
5.) The operator removes the cut material.

With this table becomes in the lowest ones as well as in the uppermost position the heating of the heating wire for safety reasons automatically switched off.
