Temperature and Climate Testing
As temperature testing represents the most fundamental part of quality and product testing it is firmly established in research and development laboratories. The purpose of this type of test is to ensure the function and serviceability of a final product even at a very early stage of development, for instance, in the choice of materials and the mechanical and electrical design phase of a product.
Environmental Stress Screening
Environmental stress screening (ESS) refers to a method in which test specimens are exposed to climatic, thermal or mechanical stresses in order to provoke early failures. To cite just one example, this can uncover weaknesses in design, material or production of electronic modules.
Salt spray atmospheres such as those prevailing along coastal areas or such as those prevailing on the roads in winter can be easily simulated by assigning our VSC & VSC/KWT series of salt spray testing systems. The rigorous testing conditions salt spray, condensation water as well as natural conditions not only corrode base materials but also highly alloyed and special materials. Even synthetic materials and paints are adversely affected.
Emission Testing
Vötsch offers system in every demanded size for qualitative and quantitative emission analysis. Our emission test chamber for volatile organic compounds offers adjustable humidity, temperature and airflow parameters with a high continuity of the test conditions and a maximum of reproducible test conditions due to automatic test cycles.

Special test systems
The Vötsch product range comprises test systems of all test chamber volumes for temperature and climatic testing, simulation of exposure to weather, temperature shock, corrosion and long-time testing – in research, development, quality control and production. Walk-in systems and in-line plants are designed, produced and installed in accordance with customer specifications.
