Wire-Wrap technology is simple and extremely reliable.
A cross-gate and a sleeve are inserted into the crossing tool. The tool tightens several turns of a round copper wire on the sharp edges of the pin (terminal). The wire is fed to the terminal under mechanical tension. As a result, a strong non-corroding connection is formed on the faces of the terminal.

There are three main types of junction nodes (gate + sleeve): standard, modified and CSW. In this case, one-piece round wires with a diameter of 0.25 to 1.0 mm are used.
